Each ticket is valid for one person to attend the specified Rapid Rewards® Access Events Concert. Rapid Rewards Credit Cardmembers can use points to redeem for up to six tickets. Transportation and lodging is not included in the ticket price. After redemption, you will be contacted by a Southwest Airlines® Representative from the email address RRCardmemberEvents@wnco.com within three to five business days. Attendees must be 21 years or older or accompanied by a guest who is 21 years of age. Tickets are limited to six per Rapid Rewards Credit Cardmember. The redemption rate for each Rapid Rewards Access Event Concert ticket is equal to 5,000 Rapid Rewards points which must be paid at the time of purchase. Tickets are extremely limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available while supplies last. Once the redemption process is complete, there are no refunds and no exchanges on package orders. Full payment must be completed at time of reservation. Southwest Airlines reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time and without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Cardmember will receive a full refund for the amount of points used to purchase ticket(s). Schedules, staffing, and appearances are subject to change. Packages are not for resale.

The Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card is brought to you by Southwest Airlines and Chase. Southwest Airlines is responsible for the redemption of Rapid Rewards Points toward benefits and services. The number of points needed for any particular Southwest flight is set by Southwest and will vary depending on destination, time, day of travel, demand, point redemption rate, and other factors is subject to change.
