After redemption or winning bid, you will be contacted by a Southwest Airlines Representative from the email address RRCardmemberEvents@wnco.com within three to five business days. Use of resort amenities may incur additional fees. Attendees must be 21 years or older. There are no substitution or refunds for activities if guests choose not to participate. Packages are limited to one per Rapid Rewards^® Credit Cardmember. Total price of the Rapid Rewards Access Event package must be purchased at the amount of the Winning bid or, 'if purchased via the "redeem now" option, at the instant redemption rate of 250,000 Rapid Rewards points. Winning bid is the highest bid out of all the bids placed. Packages are extremely limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available while supplies last. Once the reservation process is complete, there are no refunds and no exchanges on package orders. Full payment must be completed at time of reservation. Southwest Airlines reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time and without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Cardmember will receive a full refund for the amount of points used to purchase package. Schedules, staffing, and appearances are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Packages are not for resale. Any other expenses associated with use of the package, including, without limitation, ground transportation not specified in this offer, additional lodging nights, parking, food and beverages, taxes, gratuities, souvenirs, in-room hotel charges, and retail purchases are not included.
